Its distinctive appearance is due to a genetic mutation known as bassetismo, which gives copies of a very short limbs relative to body size. It is a lively dog, known for their intelligence, resourcefulness and wit. Not very obedient and can be a bit stubborn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hunting dog of burrowing animals, and pet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>HOW DOES A DACHSHUND LOOKS LIKE?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Its shape is long and low, with a long tail and snout stretched long, floppy ears, short legs and black nails.
